What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Finance Rotations involve both banking and accounting, therefore make sure you enjoying working in both sides of the role. Extensive research of the bank and the role is highly recommended.
Do you have any interview tips?
Phone interview: HR-based questions e.g. why the bank, why the position, and a few situational questions. Be prepared for one or two unexpected questions e.g. what will the world be like in 50 years.
Assessment centre: there might be a presentation, and several interviews. A lot of preparation is advised, however try to stay relaxed during the assessment day as confidence is very important during interviews!
