What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

If applying to be a programmer, experience of programming isn't necessarily the most important factor in you being chosen for the role. Accenture care more about attitude to work and a willingness to continuously learn.

Do you have any interview tips?

During your interview day, there will be a group test - don't try to show off your knowledge and use buzzwords, simply add input you think it correct and reasonable.

During your one-on-one interview, answer the questions fully and don't be too worried if you can't think of something straight on the spot as the interviewers are all very patient and nice.
