What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Use of my degree day to day is excellent along with the varying and ever changing world of Additive manufacturing.
Worst
There is no clarity on the progression within the company - it seems many people will stay in their relevant positions and not make any moves up the ladder for several years.
