What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The insight into the whole process from acquiring land to completion. As the company handles all of the stages in-house, it is valuable to understand the various different processes involved as well as the design process. Due to this, throughout completing my placement, there is a wide variety of work and departments to engage with and develop a wider knowledge. You are also able to contribute and suggest or find ways to improve on processes and presentation of work produced.
Worst
Some of the work can be repetitive and not as challenging. However, there is scope for work that will challenge and enhance your knowledge.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Start: 08:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To have a good portfolio showing a range of skills. Show you have an interest in residential development.
