You may be asked to describe a specific situation you have experienced such as; a difficult or awkward situation. You will be asked questions like, what happened? how did you deal with it? what were the outcomes? would you have done anything differently? Spend a little time prior to attending the interview to have a think about your experiences and how you dealt with the situation. It might be worth having 2 or 3 different scenarios to choose from.
