Again, be yourself and let your personality shine through. Ensure you have plenty of examples of times when you have done things which back up your reason for applying for the job and why you want to work for Barratts. Ensure you have researched the company including KPI's and recent news articles relevant to the business/industry. Create a SWOT analysis on the business to help you gain further understanding on the companies opportunities and threats. You need to express your passion for why you want to work for the company and what you can bring to the role.
