What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The graduate scheme enables you to learn how your future job role links to other departments, giving you knowledge of how you will have to interact with other departments, a wider view of how the business runs, but most importantly a network of people. There are plenty of social events, flexi-hours and opportunities to progress.
Worst
At the beginning of your rotations, you feel like you are starting in a new job all over again, you have to be confident, friendly and often need to step out of your comfort zone.
