What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and be honest. Not all companies suit all people and Nestlé has a very clear culture and way of working. This won't suit everybody - so make sure you've done your homework on the company and that you answer all applications open and honestly. Make sure this is the right company for you.
Do you have any interview tips?
Nestlé operate within a different format to many other leading FMCG companies. By working on a 'strengths' based assessment format, the interview can be very different to those which have been practiced/prepared for previously. Focus on what skills you have and what strengths you can own and think about how that would be a valuable addition to what is already a very strong company. This will help you stand out from the crowd.
