What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Speak to others currently in the role. Do your research. Be sure that it is what you want to do before applying and that the role interests you.

Get your application in sooner rather than later as once the places fill up then that is it and you will have to wait for another year.

Get friends to read over your application and make it the best you can. Don't copy and paste answers from other applications as it is far too obvious and you will not be considered.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be honest with yourself. Look at what type of candidate and person they look for and if you don't feel you are that person then don't bother applying as you won't enjoy or fit in with the role/culture.

Be prepared, fully understand what the company do and what they are aiming to do. Get a grasp of the brands they work with and the industry they are in.

Practice your numeracy and verbal skills over and over and over. So many people fail at this stage across all companies due to being unprepared. I can't exagerate this enough.

Make sure when answering any questions at interviews, or how you come across at assessment centres, that you fit it in with the core competencies.

Be yourself.
