Best
Interesting work, collaborative and relatively relaxed office culture, ability to choose your own path as a graduate and steer yourself toward projects and sectors that most interest you.
Worst
Responsibility is given at an early stage. While this is very good for development, it takes a while for recognition of this additional responsibility to be recognised when it comes to salary/job title progression.
