What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Highlight key skills they are looking for and use these as buzzwords throughout CV, cover letter, etc. to ensure if any word-processing/AI is used (as lots of applications to go through!), it will be highlighted as being relevant (of course don't lie though!). Will be some compentence tests but were fair and not overally difficult. Also a short essay question with different topics to pick from - try to pick something that let's you stand-out!
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare beforehand - take into account what questions they may ask you but also what questions you have about the job. Tend to be run by Head of Grad Scheme but also another colleague that is a usual employee, so take this into account. Will be some test questions too to test knowledge, so look up some practice ones beforehand. Felt laid-back and candid so no need to be nervous!
