What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Plenty of exposure to challenging but rewarding work. Work that you do is also taken seriously by senior colleagues and allows you to be heard.
Work involves a team effort and there's plenty of people to work with even outside the structured teams.
Worst
The role can sometimes seem a bit repetitive but speaking up will get this changed.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Simple application process. Online interview with an automated list of questions via a webcam. Prepare as best you can but does require thinking on your feet.

The interview is an all-day session where you're required to do an individual task, a group task and an interview. The best advice is to embrace it and give it your all.
