What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
A passion for working with children is paramount and wanting to make a difference. The role is extremely varied, and you will surprise yourself with exposure to new skills. The sales and marketing side is a huge part of the role, it is a unique opportunity to manage a business but do not be surprised by the responsibility that comes with this.
