Show your passion for the company and confidence with leadership qualities. The company looks for people with confidence but also an ability to take on and act on feedback.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare in advance - read up about the company and try and visit/see a centre beforehand if possible. There is a role play section which is good to prepare for, but ultimately they want you to be able to adapt and use your initiative in tricky situations.
