When attending the centre interview allow your passion and enthusiasm to shine through. Don't be put off if staff seem overly friendly! The interview is very different to those that you might have experienced for other roles. If you get through to the assessment day at Head Office make sure that you have taken on your feedback from the previous interview and have prepared thoroughly.
