What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be prepared for long days and working more than the 5 days a week at times. However, the rewards offered within the role are very much worthwhile, and the self development opportunities are widespread and greatly beneficial.

Do you have any interview tips?

Use the material provided to prepare for all aspects of the interview process. There is quite a long interview process, however it is required as this role can be very demanding from very early on. There are lots of role play elements so be prepared to show off your acting skills.
