It is all about your personality and your 'train-ability'. You need to show willingness to be given feedback, and the ability to act on that feedback. You need to show your enthusiasm for multiple aspects of the role, and come across as honest and credible. You don't need to be a complete package, just show that you have the right attitude and the willingness to learn lots of new skills. And be resilient!
