What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Know the company. Be able to talk about their successes and ways in which you could improve their performance. Understand the importance of our Visions and Values and keep them in mind whilst you answer your questions. Be aware of your weaknesses and don't be afraid to discuss them. Explore isn't looking to hire a perfect candidate, they're looking for a good fit for the company that has the potential to be a great employee.
Do you have any interview tips?
Follow your instinct and answer the questions genuinely, particularly in the scenario based portion of the interview. Explore is such a customer and values based company that if your ethos doesn't match, you will struggle to sustain motivation if you get the job.
