What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Draw on a range of experiences and skills. Don't focus on one aspect of the role because they are looking for people with the whole package. If you don't have sales experience, think about any situation where you've had to persuade somebody of the benefits of a particular decision. They coach and train you in all the roles so they're looking for awareness of what each aspect of the job will require. Do a lot of research, go and see a centre before applying.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be specific. Give them tangible examples of your experiences in different areas. Be confident and show them your personality. This is such a huge part of the job so don't underestimate it. They want bright, friendly, articulate people so keep your nerves to a minimum and throw yourself in to the tutoring observation. You dont have to teach the kids in the observation section of the interview; talk to them about their day and be generally (and genuinely) friendly.
