What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be aware that this is much more of a sales job than education as you will not be too involved in the tutoring- that is left to the assistant tutors. Your main role will be to grow the business and get lots of new members.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. They are looking for the right kind of person. Let your personality shine through and don't be afraid of putting yourself forward and sharing ideas in group tasks at assessment day!
