What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
One of the most rewarding jobs you will do, it is hard work but what you get out is the best experiences, early responsibility and lots of it. You will work one weekend day every week but as long as it works around your life then its great. - shopping on a Friday = less people around and more errands and a day for you. Really think about the location you want to work in, there are opportunities to move however work where you think you will be happy and settled. :)
Do you have any interview tips?
Arrive early and Preparation is key, research the company and vision and values. Demonstrate passion for working with kids, your enthusiasm and ability to manage lots of tasks and work within a small team. Choose an area of the role you feel you would love and why. Ask questions - we know as we do the job!
