What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Really understand what the role is as it's not all about tasting different wines and customer sales. It's a retail role, long days, not many weekends off, the driving part (can you handle days on your own in the van), and then ultimately being left in-charge of running a store.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be passionate, being able to communicate is very important, the ability to work in a team environment but also individually, and smile.
