Think where you would like to be in 5 - 10 years time (It's okay not knowing... you can say the rotational programme should help with this vision)
Interviews are relaxed and the interviewer does not want to catch you out - Try to be yourself as best as you can and answer questions honestly. Try to enjoy the experience.

Listen what everyone has to say in the group study - Don't force your ideas onto everyone - Give everyone a chance - Be ready for tough questions from assessors after the group exercise
