What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise candidates to ensure their applications conveys a keeness to learn new skills, being IT literate, showing a sense of pride in their work and satisfaction in completing projects on time.
Giving examples of delivering good customer service and showing examples of having a natural commercial/business accumen.
Do you have any interview tips?
I would advise applicants to wear full business dress. Speak clearly and use examples/ give evidence of times where you have achieved/displayed the skill in question.
Prepare a presentation, maintain good eye contact, open body position and welcome questions.
