What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Your success feels very personal to you, and is not overlooked - many large companies have coasters that get away with the bare minimum but for a large company your success is looked at and appreciated and you reap the rewards.

Worst

You may get all the way through a candidate/client deal, and one thing may take that all away! Sometimes it can just be luck of the draw and there is nothing you can do, which can be aggravating (to say the least).

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Don't be put off by a low base salary (my friends nearly had a heart attack), the rewards are definitely there if you put the work in.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be as relaxed and confident as possible - if you are more relaxed you will likely be more personable in an interview process. Get your sales hat on, and be ready to adapt within a sales pitch as if it were real life.
