What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show your personality and do not be afraid to demonstrate it to stand out. Prepare for the telephone interviews and be prepared for a call out of the blue once you have submitted your application form.
Do you have any interview tips?
Have a strong answer prepared for why you want to work in the industry, not just why Marsh. Try and take a new angle to the presentation questions asked of you in the face to face sessions. If you do not know the answer to a question admit that this is the case rather than trying to make up an answer - people who try and make up responses to factual questions do not reach the face to face rounds.
