I would advise candidates to be prepared to work hard and to prepare yourself to go on a very steep learning curve.
Do you have any interview tips?
I went through a 4 stage interview process.. Firstly there was a telephone interview, then an interview with the internal recruiter which involved a role play. Then there was an assessment centre and finally an interview with the office manager. I would recommend researching recruitment in general so you have an understanding about the job. I would advise researching about Hays. I would recommend being outgoing and enthusiastic.
