What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Understand recruitment and know exactly what you will be doing on a day to day basis. This is a sales role and you have to be driven. Research Hays and who their competitors are. They are looking for people who are ambitious, someone who enjoys dealing with people who wants to do well.

Competency based questions. You will be asked to do role plays at interview so make sure you're prepared - a typical role play would be to sell a candidate to a client.
