- the work is very interesting
- rotating around the FCA gives you a solid understanding of just how the FCA works

Worst

- line managers are sometimes not well equipped to deal with graduates (no line management experience)
- some toxic teams exist in some departments (not much is done about it)
- lack of transparency across the FCA
- HR are not very good

Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

- be curious
- read up on the FCA (news, occasional papers and insight articles)
- consider how you fit into the wider organisation as a whole
