Start: 8:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would say that as a business they do not expect you to be able to demonstrate really technical knowledge at the application stage. It is more important to be able to demonstrate key competencies related to the CODE behaviours
Also do not underestimate the mathematical and verbal reasoning tests- practice them!
Do you have any interview tips?
I would say it's important to just relax. As a company Danone is not particularly corporate and the interviewers really want to get the best out of you, so be professional but also be yourself.
The interview (when I applied) was a competency based interview so to prepare think about examples where you have demonstrated key competencies related to the company values and behaviours.
