What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Challenge.
- Variety and range of work means that my work is dynamic and interesting.
- People; all the people I have met are incredibly supportive and friendly and has made it easy to settle in.
- Outcome of our work means we are protecting consumers and people, which is why I wanted to join.

Worst

- A few of the opportunities which I was expecting from the graduate scheme have not been offered since I have been here, and so there has been less development opportunities than I initially anticipated.

Starting salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Current salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

- Do research surrounding the FCA; read the business plan, and `Approach` documents for the stream/department that you have applied to.
