What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing about this job is the support from everyone from management to support staff to partners, you're being put on a variety pf client projects early on allowing you to make the most of the the scheme and build up on your confidence but you have access to everyone for help and they're all more than willing to help you or direct you to someone who can better help.

Worst

The worst thing I would say depends on the person but you are given complete control of you're ACA/CTA scheme, such as being able to book yourself onto courses and book your own exams, while you do have numerous colleagues who do check up on how you're getting along it's more so a support check on rather than a "you need to do this and this" so you're able to plan it around your life. Although I think allows you to develop on a much needed quality of the job; time management.
