What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Having the right attitude is key. If you have the right attitude, are ambitious and willing to work hard Amey will provide you with all the training and resources to be successful and grow your career. There is a great network of graduates and senior managers to help guide and mentor you, however be prepared to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone and drive you towards your goals.

There are no limits on the Management Development Programme - with support from experienced senior leaders and the structured development Amey offers; passionate, driven individuals will flourish and really be able to direct their own career.
