What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Network, talk to grads already on the scheme. If you have a close friend already on the scheme and meet the minimum entry requirements you are 80% of the way of getting accepted.
Don't worry about technical prowess, you just need to meet the minimum entry requirements (which includes basic tech knowledge) but most importantly know the format of the assessment centre and interview process very well.

Make sure you know the basics of your field very well (software or networking).
