What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The role will enable you to experience a range of surveying work in the region such as valuation, agency and landlord and tenant. This will help towards qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.
Do you have any interview tips?
In the interview I was asked property related questions such as explain zoning in retail properties, recent changes in property e.g. SDLT and also more general questions about why I want to work for the company.
