If applying for a job through Change Agents follow all of the recommendations given in the application process and ask for feedback whenever possible. I was asked during the phone interview a question where I would see myself in five years time and also a range of questions that related to the specifications, although specific, fixed responses would not be applicable and be prepared to adapt your revised answers to the questions asked.
