Read the civil service competency framework and learn it inside out, the application really is entirely based upon that, as are subsequent career moves inside the civil service
Do you have any interview tips?
All competency based. FSAC is intense but remember that it's a co-operative exercise, and everyone in your particular group could potentially go through. The assessors are reasonably senior civil servants that, generally, don't do this job all year round and they aren't out there to try and trip you up.
