What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself. The application process for the Fast Stream is quite long and there are lots of steps so trying to be someone you're not will always get found out. Better to show who you really are and why you would be good at the job.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare yourself well. Research how to answer questions in a competency based interview. They are very different to normal interviews and if you've never experienced them before, it's as well to try and get in some practice so that nothing unexpected throws you off your stride.
