What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The whole application process is designed very carefully to identify the best people for the role, so there's not much you can do to prepare. Know what they're looking for. Be patient - it's a long process.

There is very little you can do to prepare for the Assessment Centre. Lots of current Fast Streamers weren't successful the first time, and found that the best preparation you can do is having done it once before. So if you aren't successful first time, don't give up! Talk to people who have done it before, and read all the advice you can find, so you feel as prepared as possible for what the day will involve.
