What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you are yourself at the interview. Chat to the assessors as much as possible and decide if Croda is the right company for you - it has a particular atmosphere where you need to speak up to get interesting projects and involved in activities and you need to buy in to this.

Do you have any interview tips?

There are lots of sections to the assessment centre - you won't be good at all of them! In many cases it's not really the results that matter but how you come across that is important. They know that everyone has achieved academically, thats why you were given an interview. In the assessment centre they are looking to see what type of person you are.
