What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident and be yourself. There is frequent talk amongst people in the company of the "Explore Personality", which includes qualities like being friendly, personable, chatty and good at building rapport. The role demands a lot, with plenty to learn, so show you are willing to take on feedback, listen to others and striving to grow and drive. Research the company visions and values - these are hugely important! Don't be afraid to show leadership skills but in a positive way and do not steam roll others as it'll reflect negatively on you.

Practise talking about objects for a minute! Read carefully what they ask you to do, as you are likely to have to prepare something.
