Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

This is not an easy job and when applying for it you need to be 100% committed and also have a clear list of reasons/motivations why you want to work in recruitment.

Again, you need to be prepared to work long hours and it can be quite frustrating at times but the thing I enjoy the most about it is that the more efforts you put in then the more you will achieve.

Do you have any interview tips?

it is key that you show that you are determined to succeed and are passionate about working with people on a daily basis within a challenging and fast paced environment.

Also important is to get across your drive to make money as this is in essence a sales job.
