What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Personality is key. Your education will get you to interview stages however from there you have to be a self motivated person who is willing to be thrown in at the deep end and try to swim. The aim of this graduate program is not to necessarily have a fully complete and working project at the end, but to have experienced real business in 1 year rotations.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself, the questions will be tough and get you thinking but they don't focus on technical ability. Rather the questions will focus on how you deal with particular scenarios and people.
