Ensure that you fully research the industry and have some clear ideas on where within the company you would like to be placed, or the skills that you would like to develop in order to ensure that you are placed in a business unit which suits you well and will help you to achieve what you hope for.

Do you have any interview tips?

Ensure that you are yourself; this is a people led business and so you will be matched to an extent with a business unit based on the version of yourself that you prefer. The scheme will therefore only work if you have been honest in your approach so you can be matched well.
Prepare a good hook for the question on the most interesting thing about you and make sure that it is actually a fact about you. As with most applications you also need to ensure that you do your research and demonstrate confidence, but also a supportive attitude in the group activities.
