What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Show enthusiasm, particualrly as you might be working for the world's largest food and beverage company. Provide examples of when you have led a team, been proactive, shown iniative, and show that you work well in a team, and are results focused.

Do you have any interview tips?

Know the industry inside out- know the brands Nestle own, but also our main competition. Understand how the market is performing and how our key customers are performing. Share examples of where you have shown your creativity and that you are willing to share big ideas with the team. You will be given a lot of responsibility so need to show that you can manage, and sometimes lead, a project.
