What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself as personality is a big factor. Be prepared to explain why you want to work in HR and specifically Peninsula, so make sure you do your research. Be respectful of the other candidates, listen to what they have to say, but make sure you speak up when appropriate to get your point across in the assessment centre.

Do you have any interview tips?

It is easier said than done, but try to relax. The interviewers do have your best interest at heart and just want to see that you are a fit for the company. It is best to prepare answers, but be yourself and try to enjoy the experience.
