What hours do you actually work, on average?
Start: 7:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest. You're wanting to make sure you fit with the company and they with you. You may have to live somewhere you weren't planning on (Cumbria) but honestly it's fantastic here with lots to do so don't let that put you off!
Do you have any interview tips?
Find a book on interview techniques/ commonly asked questions (it's better than the internet) and figure out what answers you would give and you won't go far wrong. The interviews were actually enjoyable (much to my surprise)- they give you a chance to ask what you will be doing and for you to find out if you'd like the job (it's not a one way process)! So ask lots of questions and have fun!
