What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You need to demonstrate your understanding of the commercial aspects of your work - putting your work into context makes you a much more impressive applicant. Leave some additional things to flesh out your interview a bit further, so that it's not just a complete re-hash of your application form.
Do you have any interview tips?
Take your time to respond. The interviewer might help to prompt you for some of the parts, but there's nothing wrong with slowing down. You also need to know your application, and make sure you can extend upon things you highlighted in it.
