Be yourself as the process will filter out and put you in situations where you have to be pro-active rather than reactive.

5 minutes on a topic picked out of a hat. My one was 'Me'.
I think the whole point of this was to be able to think on your feet and address people in your room, some being your direct competition. It is very similar to a real life situation where you might need to spend a week talking to someone you have just met.
