What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read up on the opportunities available to you for your job role and see if it offers what you want in your career development. For example, having the availability to do ACA was a key selling point for me applying for this role alongside being a banking institution rather than the typical Big 4.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare well in advance is a given, but read up on the banks values and apply them throughout the recruitment process as these are key. Be confident but also be open and honest so your personality shows - they want to see that you are right for the role but also look at you as a person and if you will adapt and fit into the bank by adding value.
